CAPSULA
“Capsula” in Italian refers to the wine-capsule which seals the wine bottle.
As if adding a new wine-capsule to an old bottle, this project consisted of renovating an Italian restaurant with the least necessary addition.
Just how a bottle of wine changes over years and years of maturation, my aim was to keep the “good-old” taste while achieving a new look.
A restaurant’s taste and quality changes over time through innovation and alteration. A subtle change in design, I believe, can enhance that beyond expectation.
